Description

May 1st We have 2 identical bright south facing large furnished bedrooms in a clean well managed house for a male Ubc student as other roomates all go to Ubc and are males.... . Bedrooms have a Queen-sized beds. (all linens provided). The rent, $750/monthfor the summer includes cable (*in living room), internet and a shared phone, but not a proportional share of hydro and gas, and a $20 household supply fee. We are looking for a longer term lease minimum to end of April...with August preferred and NOT to be on the waitlist for residence... not cannabis friendly
Note: Present renters are upper year or graduate guy's UBC students in their mid 20's and up. The current renters would prefer other renters in the same age range. Not a work/live situation. You must go to campus. There is a large kitchen, use of the living room/outdoor patio/2 bathrooms, etc. You would be sharing with male, friendly, quiet roommates and a male live-in Caretaker and the Owner *(part-time). Room comes complete with chiropractic bed/linens/desk/chair/nightstand/light, decent sized closet and a solid core locking door. All furniture and a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans etc. provided. It is also expected that each person do a chore a week to keep the house clean. Bike storage is provided and also please NOTE : 10 minute walk to the bus but a short 10 minute bus to UBC loop or to shopping, 25 to 35 mins to downtown... Bus loop with many destinations at Dunbar.
