We have 1 nice main floor furnished bedroom in a very large house in an upscale neighborhood *(Shaughnessy) for $950 *(plus utilities and a $30 household supply fee) for good size furnished room for t*(minimum 4 months with longer preferredThis is for one person only, preferred...) full time student or YWP. Our fully furnished brightroom are furnished with double bed dresser,? chair, desk and all linens.
Rent includes all furnishings and cable tv *(in the Livingroom), broadband 1000 *(1GB) wireless internet but excludes a of share of utilities. There is a household supply fee of $30 for household supplies (t/p/paper towels/napkins/dish soap/hand soap/napkins/tin foil/saran wrap/garbage bags/light bulbs etc.)
This is a full time student *(perfect for UBC or other student *(preferred or YWP) student type house and nice clean well run home with a live in Caretaker. Not a party house, not 420 friendly, and pls. no work from home. Roommates must participate with household chores and clean up after themselves. The house is close to shopping (Two Safeways close and is only 20-25 minutes from downtown. On direct bus to Canada Line 12 mins to Ubc by bus. 5 minutes bus ride to Strip Mall with restaurants and Safeway
References required and a deposit.
No pets. One person only..no sharing and strongly prefer non smoker.
The Landlord lives and works from home so you must work or go to school during the week mostly M-F. please.
Coin operated laundry on site and a bike rack.
