My adult children may visit. -Available until mid-December. -The room has a quality queen bed, two closets, three windows, Venetian and black-out blinds, a desk, and bookshelf. -The house has front and back gardens, a back patio, three skylights, and a sundeck. -5 min. walk to Granville St. shopping area and buses. 15-20 min. walk to the Skytrain. -I am looking for a single female who is quiet, clean, polite, and gentle with appliances. A vegetarian or pescatarian is preferred, someone who is out during the day (e.g. not working from home), and a non-smoker/drinker. -When you introduce yourself, please include your schedule, interests, and time frame.
