3 Bedroom or more Townhouse Description
Share a 4-bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms duplex with a retired female teacher. My adult children may visit. -The room has a quality queen bed, two closets, three windows, Venetian and black-out blinds, a desk, and bookshelf. It doesn't get too hot in the summer. -The house has front and back gardens, a back patio, three skylights, and a sundeck. There is a bit of a view from the deck. -5 min. walk to Granville St. shopping area and buses. 15-20 min. walk to the Skytrain. -I am looking for a single female, possibly a male under 25, who is quiet, clean, polite, and gentle with appliances. A mostly vegetarian or pescatarian is preferred, someone who is out during the day (i.e. not working from home), and a non-smoker/drinker.
