Take a walk-thru :
Welcome to Blenheim Street. We arrive to find unrestricted free parking on both sides of the street 24/7. We step up to the front path of the house between two large garden boxes of flowers, and the path turns left and guides us around the side of the house. As we come through the gates the sensor lights come on, if this is evening. As we pass more gardens and round the back of the house another sensor light brightens the covered area directly in front of the private door to our suite. We unlock the door and disarm the monitored alarm. We enter the kitchen. To our right, a white counter with window above, with a modern convection microwave oven, a large convection wall oven and Jennair cooktop, with grill and powerful downdraft fan for indoor barbecuing plus two burners. There are drawers and cupboards below and shelving with dishes and trays above. To the left of the door is another section of white counter with another window above and built-in five cycle Bosch dishwasher, a large stainless steel sink and more cupboards.

Off the kitchen and past the full-size fridge, there is a laundry area , which contains your own full-size stacking washer/dryer. Down the hallway from the kitchen we pass a small coat closet on the way to the small but full bathroom. There are three switches on the wall. The first turns on the four dressing room/makeup lights above the mirror, the second activates the whisper fan while the third lights the infrared heat lamp just in front of the bath tub and shower combination. There is of course a toilet, sink, commode and cupboards, as well as some chrome shelving behind the toilet for towels and facecloths.

Occupied: We continue down the hall and enter the smaller of the two bedrooms. At 12 ft. by 10 ft., most people would not say it was small. In one corner is a full-size black walnut L-shaped desk. The room is well lighted, having a window, central overhead light and modern chrome floor standing tri-light lamp. At the back of the room is a modern, Ikea wardrobe with basket drawers and enclosed area for hanging garments.

We proceed back to the kitchen via the hall, and leave the kitchen this time along the right. Off the kitchen, we enter a large drawing room. It has full height semi-soundproofed ceiling and is lit by a central overhead fan and tri-light combination, as well as a modern floor lamp tri-light. There is a large older-style TV set and stand, a tan leather sofa and light wood credenza with hidden bar. There is a staircase, just visible at the back of the room, where books can be arrayed, completely sealed off from the upstairs. The door beneath the stairs provides enclosed carpeted storage.

Your bedroom would be this one : Through the living room, past the staircase, we enter the master bedroom. This room is approximately 20 ft. by 15 ft., has a high ceiling and a large built-in closet with paneled bifold doors. The lighting for this room also comes from an above-ground window, a central fan light fixture and another modern tri-light floor lamp. There is a king-size bed, plus large office/reading/study area.
