Available June 1st.- We have recently painted and brand new wood floors in 3 large bedroom top floor suite one very large bedroom suite until end of August (may extend if it is a good fit) close to Langara and 1 kilometer to the Canada Line in a fully furnished suite for a minimum of 4 months.The rooms have good quality double/Queen beds (linens included) with great views of Mountains and the gulf islands from the livingroom and mountain views from the rear.. Big livingroom with tv and two couches. Fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/plateware). Lock on the door.
Looking for student and or young working professional and includes cable/internet and phone BUT excludes a share of utilities. We currently have a couple who work and go to Langara in thier 20's and a middle aged Caretaker/Handyman who is friendly and quite.
You are expected to be clean and tidy and not too loud as this is a top floor suite...and also to share in yardwork for the home 1 x monthly.
No smoking/ no pets.
Must pay a deposit and have good references.
We are close to lot of banks/shops/restaurants/ parks.
Superstore is not far and we are 5 blocks to Langara College and on a direct bus to UBC (around 20 minutes).
This is not a party type house,
