For female student, this beautiful, good size, bright and very clean room is fully and nicely furnished with bed, night table, large desk and chair, bookshelf, area rugs and large closet. Bedding and linens are provided if needed. Large kitchen and bathroom are shared with another female student. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer are available. Laminate flooring is throughout the suite. Pool and fitness center are one block away. Shops 2 short blocks away. 20 minutes walk to Jericho Beach. Bus stop to UBC (#25 & #33) is on the same block of our house and it is a 7 minute ride to UBC. Bus to downtown is one block away. Rent includes high speed internet, hydro, utilities, laundry facilities and cleaning products. We are looking for a responsible, mature, very clean, considerate, quiet and respectful female student.
