Description
We are looking for a UBC student to share a three bedroom suite in Point Grey, close to shops, banks, restaurants beaches and jogging trails and 5 blocks to UBC Gates.
This is a 750 sq. foot comfortable self-contained lower level- suite with its own entrance and heat control. The suite has hardwood floors throughout, hot water heat, full house water-filter system, and is constructed to minimize sound transmission between rooms. The space is fully furnished with desk, bookcase, bed, chair and ample storage. including a large closet with built in shelves. Bike storage available. Shared space is a full bath with tub/shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bus stop in both directions is 1/2 block from the house, 10 minutes to UBC campus by bus or bike and 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Please respond with some information about yourself including your interests and area of study. The space is available September 1 with a move in August also possible.
