Description

Cozy, clean and comfortable one bedroom in the house located in the beautiful quiet residential neighborhood of West Point Grey.

* small room $1150(picture shown), large room $1500(ask for room picture if interested), very large room $1600.
available in June. Kitchen and washroom are shared (two washrooms). Including all furniture, desk ,chair, bed sheet, kitchen stuffs and shelfs etc.

*Located on 8th Ave in a quite Point Grey neighborhood, near discovery street that you will see very beautiful view, you are only two block walk to a bus stop and an 5 minute bus ride to UBC; close to beaches (5 mins) and Pacific Spirit Park. 2 minute walk to georcory shops, family doctor, restaurants, 5 banks, cafes restaurants, pubs, tennis courts, track, trails, parks, and other shops

* included partial utilities(heating is extra in the winter), beds, chairs, tables, fridge, stove, washer & dryer($15 extra). microwave and tv(if you want), &, wireless WIFI.

*currently male and girl tenants live in this house. All of them are friendly. Prefer UBC students as most tenants are UBC students

*min 10--12 months stay/lease, may or may not continue the lease after the lease ended.

*Looking for a quiet responsible, like clean tenant(no overnight dishes), no party, no loud noise at night.
