Just a few minutes walk to 41st Avenue where 41 or R4 Express bus heading west to UBC, and Oakridge Skytrain Station (Canada Line); heading east to Joyce Skytrain Station (Expo Line). A large park is across the road - with jogging areas and a small pond. You can also walk about 10 minutes to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. High-speed Internet and laundry access (up to 2 loads a week) are included. You will pay 18% on Hydro and Natural Gas bills (current yearly average is around $37 a month).
