Suitable for a FEMALE student (local or international), who seeks a clean, quiet and safe room to study and relax. Convenient location: The house is only a few minutes walk to 41st Avenue, where 41 or R4 bus heading west to UBC, Oakridge Skytrain Station (Canada Line Skytrain); heading east to Joyce Skytrain Station (Expo Line). You can also walk about 10 minutes to many shops and restaurants. High-speed Internet and laundry access (up to 2 loads a week) are included. You just pay 15% on Hydro and Natural Gas bills (current yearly average is around $33 a month.
