Each tenant has their own private bathroom. The kitchen has a full sized stove/oven, a microwave and fridge. The suite has its own climate control and windows for natural light/fresh ventilation. The bedroom is approximately 10 feet by 12 feet and can fit a queen size bed and a work desk for studying. Storage closet available. There is a sheltered bicycle rack outside the suite entrance to securely park your bike or car parking on the side street. Located steps from Dunbar Memorial Park and close to the UBC bus route, Dunbar Theatre, London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart and Stong's Supermarket in Dunbar Village.
