We are located approximately 45 minutes bus ride to UBC. Safe neighbourhood, four blocks to direct bus to UBC (#33) or (#41) and other major bus routes downtown or airport, within walking distance to Queen Elizabeth Park, Hillcrest Aquatic Centre & gym, ice rink, library, community center, grocery stores, shops, restaurants.
