Owner prefers someone NOT wishing to work from home.
There are lots of restaurants/shopping/banks/parks close by.
Bus to downtown approx 25 minutes or the new Canada Line is 1 Kilometres away and an easy 10 minutes to Waterfront station/UBC on a direct bus route approx. 20-25 minutes.
There is street parking and on site coin operated laundry. and use of yard and BBQ.
There is a minimum lease to end of Auyust with extension possible if both parties are agreeable. ONE person only please.
References and half a months deposit required.. no pets strongly perfer non smoker... This is NOT a party house and not cannabis friendly.
We expect everyone in the house to do a share of yard work (schedule provided) 1 x per month.
