Description

Looking for a responsible, mature and clean roommate to share a beautiful two-level, two-bedroom, two bathroom suite in Kitsilano. Long term preferred, starting Sept 1st!

The room is lovely, with nice carpets and walls, and comes furnished with a queen bed, dresser, shelf, and large closet. May come unfurnished by request, with a long-term commitment. There is a bathroom next to the bedroom.

The house is fully furnished, has a full kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, a back yard with BBQ, and a sunny 2nd floor balcony. 2 bathrooms. Ensuite laundry included. Your half of the rent would be $1875/mo. You'd also pay half of utilities for heat, electricity, water/hot water, and high speed fibre wireless internet. Roommates participate in cleaning up thoroughly after themselves each time they use the kitchen/common areas, weekly cleaning tasks, plus we split the cost of a cleaner to come in once a month or more often as needed for deep cleaning. The shared den space may be used occasionally to work from home, if desired.

Looking for one friendly, responsible, and VERY clean and tidy roommate to share this beautiful, clean and well kept home. Working professionals and students welcome, female preferred. Looking for someone who values a clean environment at home, being kind and respectful to one another, and enjoying each other's company for the occasional kitchen chat, shared meal, or movie night.

You'd be sharing with a professional who works from home, in their own workspace separate from the living area.

The ideal roommate would be fully vaccinated, and continuing to live somewhat cautiously as far as covid exposure risk, eg. masking in public places and avoiding crowded indoor environments as much as possible.

No smoking, drug use, or parties allowed here. We try to be quiet at home between 11pm and 8am.

Close to the UBC B-line and other buses, a 10 min walk to Kits Beach, and conveniently located between the shopping and business districts on West 4th Ave and on Broadway.
