We have a furnished, garden-level large master bedroom in a large character house near Kingsway and Victoria. The room is furnished with queen size bed, desk, dresser, closet, new(er) barn board vinyl floors, and a locking door. Rent is $925 month, and does not include a proportional share of utilities and a household supply fee of $30** (t/p/paper towels/dish soap/hand soap/napkins/tin foil/saran wrap etc.) To share a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a beautiful large 3 piece bath with 2 renters in the other bedrooms. Close to shopping - No Frills, Famous Foods, T&T Market Restaurants - Commercial Drive and Parks/Community Centers (Trout Lake) Direct bus to downtown and UBC steps away. Kingsway and Victoria bus is approx. Under 10 minutes bus and walk to Broadway Station and approximately 25 minutes to downtown. Close to Langara and #33 and #41 buses to UBC *(30 minutes). You would have use of a rear yard and a coin operated laundry on site. Street parking is available. Not looking for loud people or partiers, if so, please look elsewhere. This is not a 420 friendly home. Must have good references and deposit is required. Rent includes all furnishings and internet *(by wifi) and shared land phone. One person only. No pets at this time.
