Description

Available 2-3 rooms on August 15th not September 1st. ...about 20-25 minutes to UBC...full time *male only* UBC students only ...close to a large park... very peaceful and quiet.$800/month one year lease preferred *(no subletting), may consider 8 months until April 2023, This is not a workers house. Only students. Clean and well managed home.
The rent includes cable* (in the living room)/internet (*Broadband 300) and shared phone, but does not include a reasonable share of utilities, and $25/month for household supplies (toilet paper/napkins/dish soap/ hand soap/paper towels/tin foil/saran wrap etc.).
The shared space has a big living room, high ceilings, large fully stocked kitchen and dining area, outdoor patio, 1.5 bathrooms, etc.
We are looking for friendly, quiet roommates.
There is a live-in Caretaker and the Owner are one floor up and have access to all common areas.
Rooms come complete with chiropractic beds, linens, towels, desk, chair, nightstand, desk lights, and have decent sized closets and a solid core door.
It is also expected that each person do a chore a week to keep the house clean. Bike storage is provided. Coin operated laundry.
Please also NOTE: 20-25 mins to UBC, a 10 minute walk to the bus but a short 10-15 minute bus to SUB building bus loop or 45+ mins to downtown and reasonably close to shopping in Kerrisdale or Dunbar (2 km). Bus loop with many destinations at Dunbar Loop. No pets and NO smokers or heavy drinkers (*not 420 friendly) types please. (Social drinking is fine). We would appreciate if you had its vaccines for Covid.
