Description

June 1st...we have several summer rooms available or from June 1st to April 30 2027.
We have 1 good sized furnished remaining room from August 1st 2025 until end of August 2026 for $925 plus utilities..please enquire.

Rent is $900.00 plus a reasonable share of utilities and reasonable monthly contribution for the household cleaning supplies and consumables around common areas. Wi-fi is included in the rent.


Large Kitchen, eating area, living room, back deck, 2 bathrooms, etc. Friendly roommates. All common areas are furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, tools and appliances to cook.

Every person contributes doing chores to keep the house clean.

Bike storage available.
