The rear yard is shared with other renter in the house and there is an onsite coin-operated laundry.
The suite is 1 km to the Canada Line and 5 blocks to Langara College and 2 short blocks to Fraser street and is on direct bus line to UBC (about 25 minutes) and downtown is around 25-30 minutes. There is plenty of shopping close by: No Frills and By-Low foods - and lots of shops/banks/restaurants/grocers etc. on Fraser between 49th-41st).
