Bedroom and PRIVATE BATH in Dunbar new home (suite 1 of 2)
Description

Our basement suite has two bedrooms and two private baths. We are looking for a single tenant to live in each bedroom starting September 1, 2018. This ad is for the larger of the two bedrooms and is suitable for one person only. The home is 5 years old. The suite itself has a kitchen with full size stove and fridge, lots of storage and in suite laundry. You will share the kitchen and laundry with another tenant. The suite does not have a living room. You will be renting the larger of the two bedrooms and will have access to your own private bathroom. This very large bedroom can fit a seating area, a queen size bed and a work desk for studying. This bedroom has its own climate control. We are also looking for a tenant for the smaller bedroom- we are charging $950 for the smaller bedroom (please see ad 30690). Our house is one block from Dunbar Memorial Park and is close to the bus route to UBC (10 mins to get to UBC), Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart and Stongs Supermarket in Dunbar Village. Running trails in Pacific Spirit Park just 3 blocks away. No pets/ smokers please. There is a bicycle rack where you can safely park your bikes just outside the suite.

We are happy to show the premises to anyone interested. At least 1 reference is required.
The rent includes all hydro, utilities and internet.
We are looking to lease from September 1, 2018 - August 31, 2019 and for renewal on one year terms thereafter.
