Large, bright 2 bedroom apartment for 5-month lease Jan.-June 2018
Description

I am an elementary school teacher in Vancouver and will be travelling for 5 months from January -May, 2018. I will be subletting my fantastic apartment for this period.

The apartment is 1450 sq. ft. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large bright living room, fully stocked and very practical kitchen, and a balcony. The master bedroom is large and has a walk-in closet as well as an en-suite bathroom. All floors are new hardwood laminate, and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is in-suite laundry, dishwasher.
There is also some in-suite storage space. Honestly, this apartment is best seen to be fully appreciated. :)

The apartment is located in the heart of the popular Fraser Heights neighbourhood in East Vancouver, full of trendy cafes and restaurants. There are many parks just minutes away, with tennis courts, running tracks and playgrounds. The bus to UBC (#25) leaves from across the street and takes between 25-45 minutes depending on time of day.

It is only a 10-minute walk to funky Main Street, which has many more restaurants, cafes, bars and interesting shops and boutiques. It's very close to two key bus lines (#8 and #25) as well as a 5-minute bus ride to the Canada Line subway King Edward station) which can get you downtown in under 15 mins or to the airport in 20. There is a small parking lot that can be used when a spot is available (one usually is). There are lots of local shopping options.
There is only one neighbour, who I never hear and almost never see.

I am seeking a responsible, considerate and clean renter(s) - a single, couple or family who will enjoy all that this location has to offer while taking excellent care of my home. This apartment would be wonderful for a small family.

Rent is $1850 per month, including wireless internet and all utilities.
